2. Investment Process

To make an investment, users must:

2. Fund their account through one of our supported payment methods;
3. Select an investment package that suits their goals;
4. Confirm the investment amount and terms;
5. Monitor their investment through their dashboard.

3. Profit Calculation

Profits are calculated based on the following principles:

• Daily profit rate as specified in the chosen investment package;
• Profit accrual begins 24 hours after the investment is confirmed;
• Profits are calculated in real-time and updated hourly on your dashboard;
• Total profits are added to your available balance after each 24-hour period.

4. Investment Duration

Each investment has a fixed duration as specified in the package details. After the investment period concludes:

• The investment status changes to "Completed";
• The principal amount and any final profits are transferred to your available balance;
• You may withdraw these funds or reinvest them in other packages.

5. Risk Disclosure

While we strive to provide stable and profitable investment opportunities, all investments carry inherent risks. By using our platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which users may request and receive refunds for transactions made on the Magneto Solar platform.

1. Active Investments

Once an investment has been confirmed and is in an "Active" state:

• The investment amount is locked for the duration specified in the investment package;
• Early withdrawal of principal is not permitted under normal circumstances;
• Accrued profits can be withdrawn according to the terms of the specific investment package.

2. Pending Deposits

For deposits that are in a "Pending" state and have not yet been confirmed:

• You may cancel the deposit request through your dashboard;
• If the funds have already been sent but not credited to your account, you must contact customer support with your transaction details;
• Processing of refund requests for pending deposits typically takes 1-3 business days.

3. Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed or duplicate transaction:

• Our system automatically attempts to reverse failed transactions;
• If funds were deducted from your payment method but not credited to your Magneto Solar account, please contact customer support;
• You must provide transaction IDs, payment proofs, and other relevant documentation to support your refund request.

4. Special Circumstances

In certain exceptional cases, Magneto Solar may consider refund requests for active investments:

• Documented emergency situations;
• Technical errors that affected your investment;
• Other circumstances as evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our management team.

Please note that such refunds, if approved, may be subject to processing fees and early withdrawal penalties.
